An introduction to your revamped My Account area

If you log in to your customer account today, you will be surprised: In the "My customer data" area, a new design with a clear structure awaits you. Now you can quickly and safely find the information and settings that are important to you, divided into 4 tabs:  

Personal details


NEW: We now ask you for your legal entity (Private, Business, Sole propiertyship) in order to make your future payout experience as smooth as possible.

Payment details


NEW: Easily add, change or delete your preferred payout methods: Support of IBAN in all countries, where IBAN is used, automatic detection of bank details and personalized bank details based on country.

Certifications


You decide how far you want to go with bidding and earnings. Our certification levels offer you a secure framework for your earnings and spendings.

General settings


You’ll find useful tools and hacks for best domain selling experience and your newsletter subscription management in the general settings tab.
